What we collect

When you submit the quote form, we collect the information you enter: your name, email address, phone number, city, the services you're interested in, your property type, timeline, budget range, and any message you write. We also record which page you submitted from and which site referred you, so we know what's working.

If you call or email us directly, we keep that correspondence so we can respond and follow up.

Why we collect it

To respond to your enquiry, prepare a proposal, schedule a consultation, and carry out work you engage us for. We use aggregate page and referrer data to understand which parts of the site are useful. That's the whole list.

What we don't do

• We do not sell your personal information.
• We do not share it with third parties for their marketing.
• We do not add you to a mailing list without you asking.
• We do not run advertising trackers or third-party ad pixels on this site.

Who processes data for us

Form submissions are stored in a database hosted by Supabase and, where configured, emailed to us through Resend. The site is served by Cloudflare. These providers process data on our behalf in order to deliver those services.

This site loads no third-party fonts, scripts, or CDN resources, so your visit is not reported to any outside party by simply reading a page.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses Google Analytics to count visits, see which pages people find useful, and know when a quote request is sent. Google Analytics sets its own cookies (named _ga) to tell a returning visitor from a new one. It is configured with IP anonymization and is never used to build a profile of you or to target advertising. We do not sell or share your information for advertising.

You can block these cookies in your browser settings, or opt out of Google Analytics on every site with Google's opt-out add-on. Google explains how it uses this data at policies.google.com.

Do Not Track. There is no common standard for responding to browser "Do Not Track" signals, so this site does not change its behavior when it receives one. The opt-out above works regardless.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to serve you, and afterwards as a record of work performed. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. California residents may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act. To make any request, email [email protected] or call (949) 275-1232. We'll respond within a reasonable time and we won't treat you differently for asking.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS and form submissions are transmitted encrypted. No system is perfectly secure, but we don't collect payment details or sensitive personal information through this website, and we ask that you don't send any.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
