Smart Home & AV Installation in Newport Beach
Waterfront and estate integration built to survive salt air, from Balboa to Newport Coast.
Working in Newport Beach
Newport Beach is two installation problems in one city. On the peninsula and along the harbor, homes sit in constant salt spray, and salt air is brutal on electronics. Outdoor speakers, cameras, and access points that are perfectly adequate three miles inland will show corrosion within a couple of seasons on a bayfront dock. Marine grade hardware and sealed enclosures aren't an upsell here; they're the difference between a system that lasts a decade and one you replace.
Up the hill in Newport Coast and Pelican Hill, the challenge changes to scale and sightlines. Larger footprints mean long cable runs, multiple equipment locations, and lighting design that has to work with the view rather than against it. Motorized shades are tuned to cut afternoon glare off the water without erasing the reason you bought the house.
Corona del Mar sits between the two: tighter lots, older structures, ambitious remodels, and the constant question of how to route cable through a house that was framed in 1955.

“I had the pleasure of working with Ashkan on multiple AV installations in the past 10+ years. His team performed a complete update of the media room which includes a multi-screen projection home theater, music server, whole house audio, dedicated 2Ch HiFi system, as well as Crestron automation for AV, lighting & shades. The most recent project is a second HT AV system for the family room/kitchen remodel. It's a complex installation & we're very happy with the job. Ashkan is always professional, responsive & reliable with excellent after sales/installation supports. Highly recommended.”David NgOrange County · Home theater & whole house audioVerified Google review

Common questions from Newport Beach homeowners
Do you install smart home systems in Newport Beach?
Yes. Newport Beach is part of our regular service area and we work there routinely. Within a few blocks of the water, outdoor gear needs marine rated finishes and sealed enclosures. We spec to the elevation and exposure of your specific property, not to a generic coastal rating. Call (949) 275-1232 or request a free quote and we'll walk the property with you.
Which neighborhoods in Newport Beach do you cover?
All of them, including Newport Coast, Corona del Mar, Balboa Island, Balboa Peninsula, and 4 more. If you're just outside the city limits, ask, because we cover the surrounding communities too.
What does a project in Newport Beach usually involve?
Newport Beach is two installation problems in one city. On the peninsula and along the harbor, homes sit in constant salt spray, and salt air is brutal on electronics. Outdoor speakers, cameras, and access points that are perfectly adequate three miles inland will show corrosion within a couple of seasons on a bayfront dock. Marine grade hardware and sealed enclosures aren't an upsell here; they're the difference between a system that lasts a decade and one you replace. We start with a free on site consultation so the proposal reflects your actual property rather than a generic package.
How quickly can you get out to Newport Beach?
Usually within a few days for an initial consultation. We're based in Orange County, so we're not driving in from another county. That also means we're around for service after the install, which matters more than most people expect.
